Description

Lead business analysis for large multi-stream programs, driving requirements strategy, process design, and stakeholder alignment while guiding a team of BAs to deliver high-quality outcomes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BA team across multiple workstreams, defining standards, templates, and governance.
• Drive complex requirements elicitation, user stories, BRD/FRD creation, and end-to-end process design.
• Conduct impact analysis, process modeling, and solution validation with architecture and QA teams.
• Manage stakeholder alignment, prioritization, scope decisions, and business sign-offs.
• Support Agile/SAFe ceremonies, UAT planning, defect triage, and delivery readiness.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of business analysis experience with 5+ years in a Lead or Manager role.
• Strong expertise in enterprise analysis and Agile/SAFe delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency in Jira and Azure DevOps.
• SQL and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in insurance, banking modernization, cloud migration, or platform transformation.
• Familiarity with Duck Creek, Guidewire, or .NET ecosystems.
• CBAP, SAFe, or Lean certifications.
