Description

Lead business analysis for complex telecommunications projects as the CRM domain subject matter expert.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Junior Business Analysts and guide leadership service providers.
• Collect and document business requirements for B2B telecom products across various network technologies.
• Facilitate workshops to define detailed requirements, solution behavior, and measurable assessment criteria.
• Create unambiguous, traceable documentation for testing and development teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and serve as the primary point of reference for requirement inquiries.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of technical experience with BSS, OSS, and CRM solutions in the telecommunications industry.
• Deep knowledge of next-gen CRM and Converged Billing applications.
• Proven experience working within both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Expertise in business analysis principles and methodologies.
• Fluency in both English and Portuguese.
• Experience leading architecture teams or working within large-scale transformation projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Ability to work in a hybrid office model in São Paulo at least 3 times per week.
