Description

Lead business discovery and requirements gathering for Oracle Cloud and CPQ implementations, bridging business users and technical teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Document functional and business requirements through discovery workshops.
• Analyze current and future-state business processes to define solutions.
• Develop comprehensive UAT strategies, test plans, and detailed test cases.
• Coordinate UAT execution and validate Oracle Cloud and CPQ implementations.
• Identify project risks and facilitate issue resolution throughout the SDLC.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Functional Testing.
• Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud and Oracle CPQ implementations.
• Strong background in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and test planning.
• Experience with Selenium and Test Automation (OATS).
• Ability to serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering and functional design documentation.
• Experience in enterprise software implementations and Agile delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Tricentis Tosca for test automation.
• Background in ERP implementations and process improvement.
