Description

Lead requirement elicitation and business analysis for technology product initiatives, bridging the gap between stakeholders and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Elicit high-level requirements and document user needs through stakeholder discussions and customer journey mapping.
• Translate business and functional requirements into epics, user stories, and detailed acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with development teams to support new business initiatives and technical reporting needs.
• Assess solution risks and provide proactive messaging with proposed mitigation strategies.
• Support QA/UAT processes by creating business test cases and assisting users during testing cycles.

Required Skills

• 4-5 years of full SDLC experience in BI Analytics projects within BioPharma, Life Science, or Healthcare sectors.
• Proficiency in SQL and various BI tools.
• Experience with both Waterfall and Agile Lean methodologies.
• Technical understanding of Architecture, Data Analytics, Project Management, Quality Assurance, and Infrastructure.
• Ability to manage multiple medium-complexity projects independently.
• Experience working with onshore and offshore teams.
• Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with transaction processing applications such as Oracle.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Finance, Accounting, or HRIS areas within healthcare.
