Description

Lead the analysis and documentation effort across multi-phase software implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and internal technical teams across all implementation phases.
• Analyze client business needs and convert them into defined functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop and maintain deliverables including BRDs, User Stories with Acceptance Criteria, and Process Flows.
• Support the implementation roadmap by managing requirement dependencies, risks, and tracking decisions.
• Lead requirement walkthroughs and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 2+ years in a Lead or Senior BA capacity.
• Proven success supporting multi-phase software implementation projects.
• Expertise in eliciting, documenting, and validating complex business requirements.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong ability to produce professional-level documentation independently.
• Proficiency with Business Analyst tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
