Description

You will lead the analysis, design, development, testing, and launch of business applications within the Publication Division’s Pubs IT group.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed functional, data, and system requirements.
• Document requirement specifications, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria clearly.
• Contribute to all major phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements and testing.
• Develop test strategies, plan testing, and perform in-depth application testing.
• Troubleshoot, document, and deliver solutions for operational business issues swiftly.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Product Owner, Product Manager, Project Manager, or Business Systems Analyst roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with requirements and UI/UX management tools such as Atlassian Suite.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Understanding of the SDLC process.
• Ability to interpret and translate business needs for technical teams and vice versa.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Java and SQL.
