You will lead business analysis efforts to drive data-driven decision-making and process efficiency.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to oversee solution implementation and testing.
• Mentor junior business analysts and improve internal delivery methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.
• Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design skills.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Skills

• CSM certification.
