You will lead the gathering, analysis, and documentation of business requirements to drive solution implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the gathering, analysis, documentation, and communication of business requirements for new solutions.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications in collaboration with Application, Solutions, or Data Architects.
• Enhance the quality of Epics and User Stories to ensure they meet predefined standards.
• Streamline the Epic to User Story lifecycle and implement process efficiencies.
• Validate that both business and technical requirements are met throughout the project delivery process.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology and business analysis.
• Proven experience leading projects.
• Proficiency with requirements management and prototyping tools such as ALM, Jira, RallyDev, Balsamiq, or iRise.
• Experience working within SDLC, Iterative, Agile, OWF, or Scrum development frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of system architecture and application portfolios.
• Ability to simplify and standardize complex concepts and processes.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
