Description

Lead and mentor a team of business analysts to ensure high-quality requirement delivery and project alignment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide, and support a team of business analysts by assigning workloads and conducting regular peer reviews.
• Oversee the gathering, analysis, and documentation of business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and development teams to ensure project clarity.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to define business needs and provide progress updates to senior leadership.
• Monitor project deliverables and lead testing and validation efforts to ensure solutions meet business objectives.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including 3+ years in a leadership or mentoring role.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficiency with Jira or Azure DevOps for requirements management.
• Strong experience in process modeling, root cause analysis, and process improvement.
• Proven ability to translate complex requirements into actionable documentation.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills using data to drive decisions.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• CBAP, CSPO, or PMP certifications.
• Experience with statistical tools and data analysis.
