Description

You will lead a team of business analysts to deliver high-quality requirements, process documentation, and ensure project alignment with business stakeholders.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of business analysts, managing workloads and conducting peer reviews.
• Oversee the gathering, analysis, and documentation of business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and development teams to ensure project alignment.
• Collaborate with project managers and product owners to prioritize backlogs, mitigate risks, and facilitate workshops.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables, including process flows and traceability matrices, meet quality standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including at least 3 years in a leadership or mentoring role.
• Deep expertise in Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Proficiency with requirements management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Strong expertise in process modeling, root cause analysis, and process improvement.
• Experience working with enterprise-level systems and multi-module applications.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio for process mapping.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• CBAP, CSPO, or PMP certifications.
• Experience with statistical tools, data analysis, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), or automated testing tools.
