You will lead a team of business analysts and own the end-to-end requirements process for enterprise systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of business analysts in daily operations.
• Oversee gathering and analysis of business requirements to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Lead documentation of detailed business processes, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops to understand business needs and provide updates to senior leadership.
• Monitor and track progress across multiple projects, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, including managing product and sprint backlogs.
• Proficiency with requirements management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Expertise in process modeling, root cause analysis, and process improvement.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into clear documentation.
• Experience working with enterprise-level systems and multi-module applications.
