You will drive business decisions through data analysis and lead the translation of stakeholder requirements into functional specifications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform strategic business decisions.
• Gather business requirements and convert them into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
• Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
• Create process flows, technical specifications, and comprehensive documentation.
• Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure solution quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis with a Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools including SQL, Python, or R.
• Strong expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on prioritization and deadline adherence.

Preferred Skills

• Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMIACP).
