Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for business decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
• Create user stories, process flows, and technical documentation.
• Mentor junior business analysts and improve internal delivery methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Data Analysis.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Experience in Project Management.
• Ability to document technical specifications and process flows.
• Experience working within cross-functional teams of developers and QA.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
