Key Responsibilities:
📊 Requirements & Analysis
✔ Lead end-to-end requirements gathering (workshops, interviews, walkthroughs)
✔ Create BRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows (As-Is / To-Be)
✔ Define business rules, data requirements, and assumptions
✔ Ensure requirements are clear, testable, and aligned to business goals
🤝 Stakeholder & SME Leadership
✔ Act as the primary liaison between business, IT, and vendors
✔ Facilitate cross-functional and global workshops
✔ Drive alignment and consensus across business units
✔ Communicate effectively with both technical & non-technical stakeholders
🧩 Software Evaluation & Selection
✔ Lead evaluation of Demand Planning & Capacity Planning solutions
✔ Define evaluation criteria, scoring models, and business scenarios
✔ Support RFP/RFI, vendor demos, and PoCs
✔ Present recommendations to leadership and steering committees
🚀 Implementation & Delivery
✔ Serve as Lead BA during solution implementation
✔ Translate requirements into functional designs
✔ Support SIT, UAT, defect triage, and delivery
✔ Ensure solutions deliver expected business value
