Lead business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution evaluation for demand and capacity planning implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end requirements gathering through workshops, interviews, and walkthroughs.
• Create BRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flows to define business rules and data requirements.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and serve as the primary liaison between business, IT, and vendors.
• Lead evaluation of Demand Planning and Capacity Planning solutions, including RFP/RFI support and PoCs.
• Translate requirements into functional designs and support SIT, UAT, and defect triage during implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis methodologies.
• Proven ability to create high-quality documentation and artifacts.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional implementations.
• Strong expertise in Demand Planning, Capacity Planning, or Supply Chain Planning.
• Experience with forecasting, constraints, slotting, and optimization.
• Ability to manage ambiguity in complex enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills for global, distributed teams.

Preferred Skills

• Domain expertise in Manufacturing or Supply Chain Planning.
• Experience presenting recommendations to leadership and steering committees.
