You will lead a team of business analysts to deliver complex CRM and telecommunications solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Junior Business Analysts, providing professional guidance.
• Collect and collate business requirements for B2B telecom products across various network technologies.
• Facilitate workshops to define detailed requirements, solution behavior, and measurable assessment criteria.
• Create unambiguous, traceable documentation for testing and development teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and serve as the primary point of reference for solution design.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of technical knowledge regarding high-level architecture for BSS, OSS, and CRM solutions in Telecom.
• Proven experience with next-generation CRM and Converged Billing applications.
• Deep understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies.
• Experience working within both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Strong background in business analysis, preferably within internet or software development environments.
• Fluency in both English and Portuguese.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Expertise in driving accurate requirement capture and resolving information shortfalls within BSS/OSS frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in telecommunications domain projects.
