Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience in a lead or senior business analyst capacity.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation status.
• Strong proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Experience overseeing business process alignment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in South San Francisco operations or similar regulatory environments.
• Advanced project management certification (PMP, CBAP).
