You will lead requirements translation from business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor, translating business requirements into technology solutions.
• Develop functional and non-functional requirements for financial and regulatory reporting.
• Perform data analysis and profiling to validate data quality and completeness.
• Map key data attributes from source systems to defined standard models.
• Lead small to medium-sized projects and mentor team members.

Required Skills

• 6+ years as a Technology Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Data Analyst.
• Expertise in requirements documentation using BRDs, use cases, and flowcharts.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and validation across multiple databases.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis and profiling in complex environments.
• Solid understanding of relational databases, data models, and ETL processes.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on data flow design.
• Familiarity with OFSAA and FSDF data models.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
