Description

You will lead business analysis efforts to drive product requirements and process improvement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Lead and actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospective meetings.
• Develop and maintain documentation such as user stories, process flows, and technical specifications.
• Partner with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation and testing of solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in a Business Analysis role.
• Strong expertise in data analysis tools, specifically SQL, Python, and R.
• Hands-on experience implementing Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Proven ability in requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
• Demonstrated project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet timelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with any graduate-level education background.
