Description

You will lead requirements gathering and solution definition for enterprise solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design workshops with business users to define solution scope and gather requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs using Power Platform components.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure technical implementation matches business requirements.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for tracking work items, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, test case development, and defect triage.

Required Skills

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise settings.
• Proven experience with Power Platform components: Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for agile project delivery.
• Strong facilitation skills for stakeholder interviews and requirements sessions.
• Expertise in translating business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Dynamics 365 or similar Microsoft business applications.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
