Description

You will lead requirements engineering and business process analysis to translate complex needs into actionable technical specifications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements, producing BRD, FRS, and RTM documentation.
• Translate complex business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
• Engage with stakeholders and leadership to identify problems and recommend aligned solutions.
• Manage requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle and ensure documentation compliance.
• Analyze KPIs, trends, and performance metrics to generate actionable insights.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and requirements management.
• Proficiency in creating BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, and use cases.
• Experience with business process mapping, As-Is/To-Be models, and BPMN.
• Skill in using flowcharts, swimlane diagrams, and gap analysis techniques.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and identify process inefficiencies.
• Experience in requirements traceability and change management.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• 3-year tenure in previous roles demonstrating stability and depth of expertise.
