Responsibilities
Define business and functional requirements, user stories, and data rules for claims management and medical bill review solutions.
Design business process diagrams and re-engineer IT solutions to automate and improve claim handling workflows.
Integrate multiple third-party vendors to support complex Workers' Compensation claim operations.
Partner with business management to conduct walkthroughs, interviews, and negotiations for requirement validation.
Apply agile methodologies and SDLC/PMLC processes to deliver clear, concise technical deliverables.
Required Skills
7+ years of business analysis experience, including 3+ years specifically in Workers' Compensation claims.
Deep understanding of statutory and compliance reporting requirements for multi-jurisdictional Workers' Comp.
Proven experience with claims management and medical bill review platforms.
Strong background in integrating multiple external vendors for claim handling.
Proficiency in creating business process diagrams, data rules, and functional requirements.
Familiarity with iterative and agile methodologies, SDLC, and PMLC processes.
