Description

You will own the product vision and drive requirements from gathering through implementation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirement documents in Jira and Confluence.
• Plan and conduct requirement grooming sessions.
• Build the product roadmap and manage the backlog.
• Define features and write detailed user stories.
• Monitor product implementation until final closure.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience in business analysis or as a Product Owner.
• Proficiency with SQL for data analysis and decision-making.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience using Figma.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies.
• Ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements.
• Proven capability to lead and influence teams toward a product vision.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
