Lead data-driven insight initiatives and manage complex data processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Deliver data-driven insights by managing complex data processes.
• Build data visualizations and reports using open-source libraries and third-party tools.
• Manage data integration and workflows involving Salesforce, Workday, Degreed, and ADP.
• Execute projects within agile frameworks using Jira, ITSM, and Visio.
• Develop and implement machine learning applications specifically for data products.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of IT experience with a focus on Data Analysis.
• 5+ years of advanced SQL experience.
• Proficiency with Snowflake and Python.
• Extensive experience in data visualization using Tableau, PowerBI, or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and related ecosystems.
• Experience with Workday, Degreed, and ADP systems.
• Practical knowledge of machine learning applied to data products.
• Experience with agile project management tools including Jira, ITSM, and Visio.
• Any graduate degree.
