Description

You will own data integration and ETL initiatives supporting complex business systems.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and system requirements, translating them into user stories, data mappings, and process flows.
• Partner with ETL developers, QA, and stakeholders during solution implementation.
• Perform data analysis, validation, and root cause resolution using Oracle PL/SQL.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage work items in JIRA.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), testing, and defect resolution while ensuring compliance and traceability.

Required Skills

• 15+ years as a Business Systems Analyst in ETL/data-driven projects.
• Strong expertise in Informatica or general ETL concepts.
• Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA.
• Demonstrated ability in excellent documentation and stakeholder management.
• Experience with Testing processes.
