Lead business analysis and solution design for client projects, bridging the gap between business vision and technical execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead due diligence and discovery sessions with stakeholders to identify core business problems and strategic opportunities.
• Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, translating them into user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Map current and future business processes and workflows to ensure optimal solution architecture and user experience.
• Provide strategic direction to development teams throughout the presales and SDLC processes.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in business analysis and solution design.
• Strong expertise in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proven ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience designing functional specifications and process maps.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in presales and solution architecture support.
• Background in translating complex business needs into technical requirements.
