Description

Lead business analysis efforts within the financial and investment banking domain.

Responsibilities

• Document functional and non-functional requirements, including specific UI requirements, by working with business users at all levels.
• Collaborate with development teams to analyze, design, build, and test financial business applications.
• Manage the full lifecycle of bugs, enhancement requests, and production issues from initiation to completion.
• Provide end-user application support to front-office, middle-office, and back-office users.
• Drive projects with minimal or unstructured requirements while maintaining stakeholder communication and status reporting.

Required Skills

• 10-15 years of Business Analysis experience.
• Current project experience within the Financial or Banking domain.
• Direct experience in investment banking.
• Proficiency with SQL and data mining.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to capture and document UI requirements.
• Experience interacting and communicating with senior management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams in parallel.

• Any Graduate education.
