Description

Lead business analysis efforts within the financial and investment banking domain, managing full lifecycle development and support for financial applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Document functional, non-functional, and UI requirements by collaborating with business users at all levels.
• Analyze, design, build, and test financial business applications alongside development teams.
• Manage bugs, enhancement requests, and production issues from initiation to completion.
• Provide end-user application support to front-office, middle-office, and back-office users.
• Drive projects with minimal or unstructured requirements while maintaining stakeholder communication.

Required Skills

• 10-15 years of Business Analysis experience.
• Current project experience within the Financial or Banking domain, specifically investment banking.
• Proficiency with SQL and data mining.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to capture and document UI requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams in parallel.
• Experience interacting and communicating with senior management.

• Any Graduate education.
