You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions by managing the end-to-end systems requirement lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to elicit, analyze, and document system requirements.
• Assess current technical capabilities to determine the feasibility of new solutions and their impact on existing work processes.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and technology professionals to evaluate internal versus external solution availability.
• Support project delivery teams through development, testing, change management, and operational readiness phases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis or a related technical role.
• Proven experience with API and Data mapping.
• Strong understanding of requirements management disciplines and enterprise technology delivery standards.
• Experience supporting development, testing, and change management workflows.
• Ability to document functional requirements and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of project management disciplines and enterprise methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Financial or online banking domain knowledge.
