Lead Business Systems Analyst

You will drive requirements with clients and provide subject matter expertise across client solutions.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document client requirements using written and verbal methods.
• Synthesize complex information into concise, readable, and unambiguous written requirements.
• Communicate with high clarity to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Validate incoming data attributes against defined field values to ensure proper use cases.
• Apply quality assurance techniques and best practices to all documentation and processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of database and data management concepts and principles.
• Experience validating incoming data attributes to ensure alignment with defined values.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear documentation.
• Proven experience interfacing directly with clients and third-party teams.
• Any Graduate degree.
