Description

You lead a SCRUM team of 3-5 engineers in end-to-end application development, focusing on high-performance system-level solutions in C++.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a SCRUM team of 3-5 engineers through sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to deliver software solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance system applications using C++, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Drive technical planning, code reviews, and architecture discussions to align development with business goals.
• Implement and support CI/CD pipelines to improve development efficiency and release quality.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, performing root cause analysis for production problems.

Required Skills

• 4-7 years of experience in C++ development and system-level programming.
• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team of 3-5 engineers.
• Strong proficiency in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with GCC, Clang, and Visual Studio development environments.
• Experience implementing CI/CD tools and automated deployment practices.
• Familiarity with Git for version control.
• Proven experience leading Agile SCRUM teams and delivery processes.

Preferred Skills

• CSM or CSPO Agile SCRUM certification.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
