Description

You will lead project teams in business systems analysis, design, and development within an object/service-oriented architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and support for development teams.
• Review and approve program and subsystem designs alongside System Architects.
• Manage priorities to meet rapidly changing deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, PMO, and Product Analysts.
• Maintain and support existing business systems.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Excellent proficiency in C++ and C++ Templates.
• Strong expertise in multithreading and distributed computing.
• Experience with UNIX/Linux and Microsoft Windows environments.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational database principles.
• Ability to work with minimal guidance and learn independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Securities, Banking, or Financial Services.
• Experience with Java IDEs (IntelliJ IDEA), JDBC, and JPA/Hibernate.
• Proficiency in Unix Shell scripting and XML/Web Services.
