Lead technical direction and development for object and service-oriented systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead project-team direction through business systems analysis, development, and maintenance support.
• Review and approve program and subsystem designs with System Architects.
• Manage tasks and priorities to meet rapidly changing deadlines.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve complex technical challenges.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Expert proficiency in C++ and C++ Templates.
• Strong grasp of Multithreading concepts.
• Proficiency in UNIX/Linux and Microsoft Windows distributed computing.
• Ability to work with Relational DB principles using SQL.
• Experience with UNIX/Linux and XML.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Securities/Banking/Financial Services.
• Familiarity with Java IDE or Unix Shell scripting.
