Description

You will lead project teams in business systems analysis, design, and development within an object and service-oriented architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Direct development and maintenance support for business systems using C++.
• Collaborate with System Architects to review and approve program and subsystem designs.
• Manage tasks and priorities to meet rapidly changing deadlines in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to cross-functional teams including QA, UAT, and Product Analysts.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical issues.

Required Skills

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in software development.
• Expert-level proficiency in C++ and C++ Templates.
• Deep understanding of Multithreading and concurrent programming.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL, specifically Oracle.
• Proficiency in UNIX/Linux and Microsoft Windows distributed computing environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Securities, Banking, or Financial Services.
• Experience with Java IDEs (preferably IntelliJ IDEA) and JPA/Hibernate.
