Description

Lead campaign operations and automation for a team of 7-8 specialists. Drive customer engagement through complex automated and ad-hoc campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of campaign specialists, managing hiring, onboarding, and talent development.
  • Define process elements and quality assurance checklists for direct and performance marketing campaigns.
  • Design, develop, and execute multi-step campaign templates for up-sell, cross-sell, and reward objectives.
  • Collaborate with Analytics, IT, and creative agencies to roll out automation capabilities and event-based campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign results, implement event tracking tags, and maintain data flow for measurement and attribution.

Required Skills

  • 8-10 years of experience in campaign operations and automation.
  • Expertise in executing complex campaigns using tools such as Oracle Responsys, MoEngage, or CleverTap.
  • Proficiency in web responsive HTML/CSS publishing practices and Digital Asset management.
  • Experience in segmentation approaches for multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Proven ability in tag management and implementing event tracking tags.
  • Strong background in campaign measurement, attribution, and reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, MCA, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Manage data housekeeping, ensuring opt-in/reachability data and personalization tags are leveraged accurately.
