Description

You will lead technical planning, architecture, and end-to-end delivery of Camunda automation projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical planning, estimation, and delivery phases for automation initiatives.
• Solve complex client process automation problems as a subject matter expert.
• Own the full delivery lifecycle of Camunda implementations, including code reviews.
• Mentor team members and develop technical documentation for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience implementing Java and Spring Boot integration projects.
• 3+ years of experience with BPM platforms such as Camunda 7, jBPM, or Activiti.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Camunda 8.
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong foundation in computer science, data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or comparable major.
• Experience developing software using agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Camunda 8 certification.
• Direct client-facing or consulting experience.
