Description

You will lead cloud automation and platform engineering for AWS to improve developer experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy complex AWS infrastructure ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Develop automation scripts and Infrastructure as Code templates for AWS resource deployment.
• Build self-service cloud capabilities and multi-region cloud foundations.
• Create design documents and common patterns to accelerate cloud service adoption.
• Mentor junior staff and review technical deliverables to maintain engineering standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant technology experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on AWS experience, including PaaS.
• Expertise in designing and architecting solutions on AWS.
• Proficiency in Python or other programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-agnostic Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Experience deploying multi-tenant Kubernetes platforms.
• Practical knowledge of REST APIs and micro-services architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD using Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Artifactory.
• Proficiency in Git-based source code management and Groovy scripting.

Preferred Skills

• Background in software engineering and agile development processes using JIRA.
