Description

You will lead the Network Operations Consultancy practice, focusing on helping enterprise and government organizations operationalize new telecom technologies and transform their network operations processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of ITIL best practices to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage end-to-end technical operations, transformation, and senior-level client engagement.
• Develop operational tools, processes, and network architectural planning.
• Execute strategic planning and organization transformation programs.
• Oversee vendor management and business development proposal processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical operations management and service management methodologies.
• Expertise in IT Operations and strategic planning.
• Experience with Network Architectural Planning.
• Proven ability in Vendor Management.
• Skill in statistical KPI measurement and benchmarking.
• Advanced technical writing and presentation skills.
• Experience in program management processes and tools.
• Expertise in organization transformation planning and execution.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Nokia Cloud technologies and Field Operations.
