Description

You will design, build, and support AWS-based infrastructure solutions while maintaining system stability and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stability, performance, and availability of server and cloud environments.
• Provide L2/L3 support for incidents and service disruptions, leading response and ensuring timely restoration with documentation.
• Drive change management activities, including planning, implementation, and rollback.
• Participate in problem management to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Develop and maintain automation for infrastructure provisioning and deployments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting high-availability, production-grade systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, RDS, KMS, Route 53, IAM, Lambda, Kinesis, ECS, ElasticSearch, SES, API Gateway).
• Practical experience with infrastructure automation and provisioning.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, access control, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience in incident, change, and problem management, familiar with ITIL processes.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across cloud and server environments.
• Ability to work in 24x7 support environments with on-call responsibilities.
• Experience supporting platforms like eCommerce, CMS, data integration, and custom systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD Pipelines.
