Description

Manage and maintain server infrastructure across Windows, Linux, and serverless environments. Own the release pipeline, incident resolution, and automation efforts for client-managed systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain server infrastructure and support client-managed system environments across Windows and Linux.
• Manage incidents, changes, and problems by providing timely service restoration and documenting rollback plans.
• Develop and maintain automation for provisioning and deploying server infrastructure.
• Monitor infrastructure for anomalies and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Collaborate with platform developers to resolve infrastructure issues and mentor team members.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure and cloud services.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure.
• Proficiency managing Windows and Linux servers.
• Experience supporting eCommerce platforms, Content Management Platforms, and data integration.
• Knowledge of information security measures, including malware protection and password security.
• Understanding of data privacy, storage, and transmission protection.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift.
• Ability to work onsite in Chennai on a regular basis.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of ITIL processes including incident, change, and problem management.
• Experience using ITSM ticketing systems.
