Description

You will lead the architecture and administration of the Cognos platform.

Responsibilities

• Administer, automate, and troubleshoot the Cognos platform.
• Monitor usage metrics and system health using Python and Cognos APIs.
• Support hybrid and multi-cloud deployments on OpenShift and Kubernetes.
• Plan platform capacity and optimize system performance.
• Mentor junior team members on platform operations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with IBM Cognos Analytics (V12+).
• Strong database knowledge across Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, and PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency in SQL scripting.
• Experience with Python for automation.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes and OpenShift environments.
• Hands-on experience with Cognos Administration.
