Description

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of software solutions for Japanese customers.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and tailor proposed solutions to business requirements.
• Conduct business requirements sessions to evaluate product fitment and define scope.
• Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy the product, including training end users.
• Manage all engagement phases from kick-off through closure and hypercare support.
• Collaborate with internal development, support, and sales teams to drive product improvements.

Required Skills

• Fluency in the Japanese language for direct customer interaction.
• Expert knowledge of SQL for data analysis and solution design.
• Proven experience with Software package Solutions implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Experience working in globally distributed team environments.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
