Must Have Skills

• 10 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
• Strong experience in SAP Fiori application development and customization.
• Expertise in Work Order Management, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance Execution.
• Experience integrating SAP PM with Materials Management (MM), Asset Accounting (FI-AA), and HR modules.
• Strong knowledge of Equipment Master Data and Functional Locations.
• Experience with Asset Lifecycle Management and maintenance planning.

<.> Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) and EAM solutions.
• Develop and customize SAP Fiori applications for maintenance processes.
• Implement preventive maintenance, work order management, notifications, and maintenance planning.
• Configure equipment master data and functional location hierarchies.
• Optimize asset lifecycle management processes and improve equipment reliability.
• Integrate SAP PM with MM, FI-AA, and HR modules.
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and production support.
• Provide end-user training and technical guidance to maintenance teams.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to deliver SAP solutions.
