Description

Lead the design and implementation of Kenan billing solutions for telecom clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements gathering sessions across all billing functional areas.
• Own product design and develop billing component matrices.
• Identify fit gaps and propose alternate solutions to achieve stakeholder agreement.
• Collaborate with integration architects on to-be architecture and migration strategies.
• Document AS-IS systems, perform gap analyses, and define TO-BE capabilities and user stories.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• 7+ years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, and Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes.
• 7+ years of experience implementing Kenan billing solutions with US-based telecom clients.
• 5+ years of experience in development, configuration, solution evaluation, validation, and deployment.
• 4+ years of experience in Business Process Consulting and architecture.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in project management and talent management.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent; alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the specialty for every year of education.

Preferred Skills

• Willingness to travel regularly for management consulting engagements.
