Lead Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and manage project lifecycles within the Norway region.

Responsibilities

• Direct Oracle HCM Cloud projects from inception through delivery.
• Manage project workflows using Lean and Agile methodologies.
• Oversee the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for HCM solutions.
• Apply project management principles to ensure successful client outcomes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in relevant roles.
• Deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Proven experience in Project Management.
• Hands-on application of Lean and Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of the SDLC.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
