Description

You lead and execute Oracle EBS HCM implementations for UK clients, specializing in Payroll and Absence modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of Oracle EBS HCM, focusing on UK Payroll and Absence.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and own support processes to meet SLAs.
• Manage customer discussions on integrations, data migrations, and reporting.
• Guide the full SDLC, including CRPs, playback sessions, and training.
• Track risks via RAID logs and prepare status reports with RAG indicators.

Required Skills

• 12+ years implementing Oracle EBS HCM, specifically UK Payroll and Absence.
• Expert knowledge of UK Payroll, Pension, and Absence processes.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Global Payroll/Absence EBS in the UK Public sector.
• Proficiency in HCM technical tools: HDL, HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, Payroll Batch Loader.
• Experience documenting Business Process Specifications and Configuration Workbooks.
• Ability to communicate complex solutions to technical and business audiences.
