Description

Lead Consultant providing L2 support and technical expertise for Manhattan WMS implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve incidents and service requests for Manhattan WMS environments.
• Coordinate between onsite teams and offshore support groups.
• Communicate technical updates and resolutions to warehouse operators and stakeholders.
• Apply warehouse management background knowledge to troubleshoot complex issues.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of professional experience in WMS support.
• Deep technical expertise in Manhattan WMS.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management operations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
