Description

You will lead the setup and administration of Oracle Fusion Absence modules, ensuring seamless integration with Time and Labor and Payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Review and collect business requirements to configure Oracle Fusion Absence.
• Develop test plans and documentation for end-to-end testing processes.
• Troubleshoot integrations between Absence, Time and Labor, and Payroll systems.
• Manage and execute absence administration processes.
• Configure and troubleshoot approval workflows within Oracle HCM.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM environments.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Absence setup and administration.
• Proven ability to manage Absence module integrations with Time and Labor and Payroll.
• Strong technical understanding of Oracle HCM approval workflows.
• Experience in requirement gathering and technical documentation.
• Ability to design and execute comprehensive testing strategies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
