Description

Lead Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and application maintenance from business process consulting through deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, including Core HR and Absence Management, to meet client requirements.
• Lead discussions on data migrations, integrations, and reports.
• Conduct Conference Room Pilot sessions and manage testing phases, including unit, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Interface with client stakeholders to define problems and deliver functional training.
• Prepare project documentation and ensure issue resolution adheres to agreed Service Levels.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall professional experience.
• 8-10 years of experience specifically with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• 5+ years of deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Absence Management.
• 2+ years of experience in at least two additional modules: Talent Management, Benefits, Compensation, or Learning Management.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Global HR Cloud for Europe or USA clients.
• Proficiency in the full SDLC lifecycle and Lean/Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to work in a global delivery environment.

Preferred Skills

• Technical knowledge of HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, and Payroll batch loader.
• Proven ability to lead customer discussions for integrations, data migrations, and reporting.
