You will lead consulting efforts focused on product support, technical requirements, and client coordination.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Support product ownership initiatives and define technical requirements.
• Gather and document requirements from stakeholders.
• Manage the development backlog to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Coordinate directly with external clients to resolve technical issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in consulting or product support.
• Hands-on experience with SQL for data querying and management.
• Proficiency in API usage and integration.
• Understanding of backend and UI workflows.
• Experience operating within Agile frameworks.
• Proven experience with requirements gathering and backlog management.
• Strong client coordination and communication skills.
